System Integrations: Build and maintain data flow integrations among HR and Talent systems. Production Support : Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws performing scheduled activities recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Collaborate with Human Capital and Talent Teams to produce relevant HR Analytics and standard reports for ongoing functional needs. Reports and Analytics : Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions that leverage system functionalities to drive optimal efficiency in data management. Document process and results.ĭata Management : Ensure data integrity through regular audits, data imports and data reports. Collaborate with functional and technical staff on the Human Capital, Talent, Payroll and IT teams to coordinate the application of the configuration or upgrade. System Maintenance : Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system configurations and upgrades. The HR Systems Analyst will also support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring data integrity, system configuration and integration, analytics and reporting, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. While reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, the HR Systems Analyst will also serve as a technical point of contact for the Human Capital and Talent teams. The HR Systems Analyst will support the maintenance and enhancement of KIPP LA’s human resources information system (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the Data & Analytics and Human Capital Team.
